SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Information:
At Taracea, we are continually evolving, always thinking about new ways to make our clients’ experience more enjoyable and efficient. We currently have retail prices that are FOB Dallas TX, Mira Loma CA, and High Point NC. The following should be taken into consideration:
· The client should specify the distribution center of their choice when placing an order.
· If the client fails to select a distribution center, Taracea reserves the right to ship to their closest distribution center.
· Shipping costs from any of our distribution centers will vary, quotes can be provided by emailing sales@taracea.com.
· An e-mail will be sent to the client notifying them when an order ships from the factory in Mexico.
· A tracking number will be provided once the order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carrier.
· Order updates are estimates and can vary until an email is received confirming shipment.
· Each item is securely packed prior to shipping but will not withstand negligent care.

FREIGHT DISCLAIMER
Due to frequent freight issues, Taracea USA does not recommend shipping our merchandise with the following freight carriers unless the furniture is crated with wood:
· UPS
· FedEx
· Any other Common Carrier
Orders will not ship via these carriers unless specific instructions and/or preferred carrier have been requested in writing by customer. Taracea USA is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. All claims must be made directly to the carrier by the Third Party Biller.
